Website Usability

Definition:

Usability refers to the level of comfort through which visitants can use a Website.

Information:

The usability of a website is not about the functionality of a site only; but how swiftly and comfortably individuals can utilize the website.

Jakob Nielsen’s Law of the Internet User Experience best explains the demand for site usability – “Users spend most of their time on other sites.”

Advertisers are interested in usability due to its possible influence, beneficial or adverse on marketing metrics like conversion rates that determine profitability.
